Illinois War of 1812 Bicentennial Commission

Jay Carter is 52 years old and has worked for the postal service for over 25 years as a welder. He has reenacted for about six years, four of which as a Ranger. Jay has recently been elected as the 2nd Lieutenant of "Company B."  Jay is a lover of the outdoors that enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping.  Jay spends a lot of time and research on his impression as a Ranger.  He enjoys making as much of his equipment by hand as possible and doing research on its authenticity as well.
